This technology provides Matthews with a differentiated advantage in individual hydraulic control of calender rolls to achieve the forces, thickness and gap control required for producing quality electrodes in a dry process. The partnership will further promote continued development and advancements in unique, patent protected calendering solutions for Matthews’ customers in the rapidly evolving global battery and energy storage industries.
